Texts from your barber, sent with Stylyd.
Barbers and stylists on Stylyd text their own clients about appointments. Each barber’s texts come from that barber’s own registered number, and Stylyd sends them for the barber. This page shows how a client signs up, what gets sent, and how to stop.

How clients sign up
When a client books on a barber’s Stylyd booking page, the page shows the box below. It starts unticked. The client can book without ticking it; they just won’t get texts. The consent is collected on the barber’s booking page, and Stylyd keeps the record of it.
Openings and deals
A second box, also unticked and separate from the first, lets a client get openings and deals from that barber too, up to 4 texts a month. Ticking it is never required to book or to get appointment texts.
What gets sent
Texts about the client’s own appointments: booking confirmations, reminders, running-late notes, and a note with a link when the barber replies in the Stylyd app. Clients who ticked the second box also get openings and deals from that barber. Never ads for other businesses. Every text comes from the barber’s own number and starts with the barber’s name. A few examples:

How often
It varies. Usually one to four texts per appointment, plus a note when the barber replies. Openings and deals: up to 4 a month, only for clients who ticked that box. Message and data rates may apply.
Stop or get help
- Reply STOP to any text. You’ll get one text confirming it, and no more texts from that barber’s number.
- Reply START to sign up again.
- Reply HELP, or write to hello@stylyd.com.
Your number stays private
No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except the provider that delivers the texts.
